Leadership Team

Hi I’m Rob the minister of Crossways Community Baptist Church.
 
I believe that God has exciting plans for his church in Dorking.  I am responsible for guiding the leadership team, pastoral care and leading the church as it seeks to make the love, forgiveness and freedom of Jesus known to people in Dorking and surrounding areas.
 
I’m married to Alona and we have 4 kids of varying ages who are all girls! (We also have a dog called Casper).  As well as being the minister of Crossways I am the Chaplain at The Priory CofE Secondary School in Dorking where I have the privilege of serving students and staff across the school.  I have various other roles alongside these including being part of the leadership team of the South Eastern Baptist Association and being the Chair of Trustees at Leatherhead Youth Project (LYP).
 
I enjoy reading theology and about how the church can make Jesus known in the world, particularly over a decent cup of coffee.  In my spare time I love all kinds of sport and helping out at our family farm in East Sussex.
